Woodruff Place on the Eastside has been chosen by This Old House Magazine as one of the best old house neighborhoods of 2009. Criteria included architectural diversity, craftsmanship of the homes, preservation and neighborhood amenities like walkability, safety and community. Woodruff Place was laid out by James O.
