Here's one problem Indianapolis apparently doesn't have: unpaid parking tickets. At least that's the way it seems, since the city expects to collect as little as $352,000 through a new "get tough" policy that will institute daily hearings at a parking citation court located at 5751 University Ave. The court will be open from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Until now, hearings were held every two weeks. If parking citations are not paid prior to the scheduled hearing, you could face a fine of up to $2,500.
