As part of the 2012 Super Bowl buildup, a handful of Indianapolis filmmakers and actors have produced Doritos commercials and entered them in a contest to win some big bucks (up to $1 million) and the chance to work on a project with musical funny guys The Lonely Island.
Check out "The Pulverizer," which features the acting talents of NUVO's very own Ryan Stroble (the lab partner) and Adam Cassel (the geek) and shows what happens when you mess with other people's inventions without asking permission.
Also representing Indy is "Alien Nights," by local filmmaker/IMPD officer Rick Bittle. Bittle's commercial shows what happens when you mess with someone's chips.
R.I.P. Doritos inventor Arch West, who recently passed away and whose grave was apparently sprinkled with his snack's orange dust.
