Second Annual Texas Hold ’Em Poker Tournament

5-5:50 p.m.: Sign-In

5-9 p.m.: Hors d’oeuvres & dessert

6-11 p.m.: Tournament

Player: $200*

Spectator: $30

(*$170 is tax deductible)

First Place Prize: $5,000

Prizes will also be awarded to the second through eighth place winners

• Players must be 21 or older to participate

• Players start with $2,500 in chips

• No Limit Betting

• One re-buy of an additional $2,500 in chips for $200 allowed during first round if a player is knocked out of tournament

• One add-on of $2,500 in chips for $200 allowed to ALL remaining players during the first break

Walther Cancer Institute is a nonprofit medical research organization with a mission to eliminate cancer as a cause of suffering and death. The institute’s operating expenses are supported by an endowment, thereby guaranteeing that 100 percent of all donations and event proceeds apply directly to cancer research.


Hoop It Up and NCAA Hoop City are joining forces to bring you the 2006 POWERade 3v3 basketball tournament in Indianapolis, March 31-April 3.

Compete in the indoor POWERade 3v3 and qualify for the 2006 World Championships in Florida. The POWERade 3v3 basketball tournament will feature half-court play for 30 minutes or to 20 points.

Each team is assured a minimum of three games and free entry to Hoop City during this festival-style weekend.

WHEN: Friday, March 31-Monday, April 3, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

WHERE: Indiana Convention Center, 100 S. Capitol Ave.

WHO: Basketball players of all ages and abilities are invited to participate
