Wine dinner

The Restaurant and Hospitality Association of Indiana will hold its Second Annual Wine Dinner Nov. 15, 6 p.m. at Malibu Grill, 14 W. Maryland St. The event will feature Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery, 10-time Wine & Spirits Magazine Winery of the Year. Guests at the RHAI Wine Dinner will experience a delightful combination of cuisine and award-winning wines. Renowned Chef John Sarich, culinary director of Chateau Ste. Michelle, and premier Indiana chefs Dave Foegley of St. Elmo Steak House, Tony Hanslits of Malibu Grill and Lisa and Tom Sheridan of LaSalle Grill will prepare a five-course dinner. Each course will be carefully paired with a selection of Chateau Ste. Michelle wines.

"Learn How To Taste"

"Learn How To Taste" with sommelier Arthur Black from National Wine & Spirits will be held Monday, Nov. 15, 6:30 p.m. at OAKLEYS bistro. Black has chosen four distinctive wines which will meet most holiday needs. He'll take guests through how color, taste, bouquet and weight can help in making the right selections. Chef Oakley will offer samplings of holiday foods perfectly matched with the chosen wines. Wines will be available for ordering and recipes will be available to take home. Tickets, $35, are available at OAKLEYS bistro, 1464 W. 86th St., 317-824-1231.

Marsh telephone ordering

Marsh Supermarkets Inc. is now offering a special telephone service for ordering party and deli trays, fruit baskets, bakery goods, floral arrangements and gift cards for pickup at any Marsh location.

To use the telephone ordering service, customers should dial 1-866-MARSH 4 U. Each transaction will be assigned a unique order number by the call center order entry system. Customers will then go to the Marsh Customer Service Desk at the Marsh store they requested on a designated date to pick up their orders and make payment on delivery. The telephone hotline will be operative Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. and from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturdays.
