Cameron Mitchell Restaurants will open a new Mitchell's Fish Market Oct. 15 in Carmel. This is the Ohio-based company's first Indiana store.

The 7,500-square-foot seafood restaurant will be a part of Clay Terrace, located at the interchange of U.S. 31 and 146th Street.

The menu is printed daily and includes over 80 chef-driven menu items such as Cedar Roasted Atlantic Salmon, Hot and Sour Glazed Swordfish, Hoisin Glazed Yellow Fin Tuna and Chilean Sea Bass, served Shang Hai style, plus seafood classics.
