Friday & Saturday: Bo Ssam Night at H20 Sushi presented by John AdamsBo Ssam is a Korean dining tradition in which everyone shares a whole pork shoulder. You can create your own wraps and enjoy the Korean style of dining with lots of condiments and sides. Chef John Adams is starting a new venture with one-off dinners, and he's kicking it off in grand style and kicking off H20's new life as an event spot. Sunday: Slow Food Indy's Annual Potluck Dinner There are few potlucks perhaps in the world that will be as delicious at this one. Come down and join the fun (for free!) and bring a dish to share. Please respect Mother Earth and bring everything on reusable service plates and utensils. You can also use the Eventbrite page to buy a membership, too! Slow Food Indy is the organization responsible for certifying restaurants that invest in their local food community by serving locally-produced, sustainably-grown ingredients. Go for the food, but stay because the organization and its principles are necessary to sustain our fabulous food network.
