World Class Beverages of Indianapolis is making worldwide
news with an innovative product. "Brew Appetit Brewhouse Grille Box" is the
first of its kind: an attractive home kit for a 6-course meal for 4-6 people
that contains a booklet of easy-to-make recipes paired with two bottles each of
Indiana and regional craft. Recipe ingredients are accessible, and
substitutions are simple for vegetarian and other dietary preferences.
Everything can be prepared ahead and refrigerated until you're ready to grille
and serve. Since each recipe includes part or all of a bottle of the paired
beer you might want to supplement for full sharing.
