Food and Wine Best New Chef Jonathan Brooks opened Milktooth in late 2014 and was showered in accolades -- plus an out-the-door line -- immediately. The brunch spot offers fabulous coffee and delicious chicken, plus cocktails by the great Jesse Lee.
