Vintage Indiana will celebrate local culture at its ninth annual Vintage Indiana Wine & Food Festival. Attendees can sample more than 100 wines from 20 Indiana wineries and an assortment of cuisine from 10 Indianapolis restaurants, including Acropolis and Bazbeaux. The festival will also feature live music, including Brigid’s Cross and Jennie DeVoe, as well as cooking and wine demonstrations. Children are welcome at the interactive KidZone, sponsored by Radio Disney, and designated drivers will receive free Pepsi products throughout the day.
The festival will be held at Military Park June 7, 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Tickets are available in advance for $20 online at www.vintageindiana.com and at Marsh Supermarkets and participating wineries. Admission is also available at the gate for $23. Designated drivers will pay $10 for admission and youth tickets are $5. Children under 5 years old are free. Food and wine are also available for purchase, but are not included in the admission price.
