The Eiteljorg Museum will host its 15th annual Indian Market June 23-24, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. It will feature art from 50 Native cultures from more than 150 Native artists, food, family craft activities and a variety of unique performers, including Buggin Malone (Oneida), hip-hop artist; Allegheny River Dancers (Iroquois); Phillip Whiteman Jr. (Northern Cheyenne), storyteller and musician; Joseph FireCrow (Northern Cheyenne), traditional and contemporary music and dance; and actor Michael Horse (Pascua Yaqui/Zuni Mescalero Apache) from Twin Peaks and Passenger 57.
The event is held in Military Park, corner of New York and West streets downtown. Advance tickets are $9; at the gate, $12. Children 11-17 are $5 and children 10 and under are free. For information, go to www.eiteljorg.org.
