"The International Festival is an annual celebration of Central Indiana’s rich ethnic and cultural diversity hosted by the Nationalities Council of Indiana. This year marks the 31st anniversary of the festival, which will take place at the West Pavilion at the Indiana State Fairgrounds Nov. 16-18.
The festival features foods, educational experiences and artistic performances from every continent.
