InterAction Theater presents an evening of five one-act plays by Christopher Durang, Durang-O-Rama!, at the new IndyFringe Building, 719 E. St. Clair. InterAction Theater features some of Indy's favorite actors, including Diane Kondrat, Bill Simmons, Scot Greenwell and Jon Lindley. Durang's plays have been called "hilarious and gleefully disturbing." Durang-O-Rama! includes a parody of Tennessee Williams' classic, The Glass Menagerie (For Whom the Southern Belle Tolls) and a bizarre sexual romp on the Titanic, plus Phyllis and Xenobia, The Book of Leviticus and Funeral Parlor (originally written for Carol Burnett and Robin Williams).
Shows are Jan. 30-Feb. 14, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m. Tickets are $15 for evening performances and $10 for matinees. Opening night is a benefit for IndyFringe; show begins at 7:15 p.m. Tickets for the benefit performance are $30 and can be purchased by calling the IndyFringe office at 317-522-8099 or going to www.indyfringe.org.
