Jitro is an all-girls choir from the Czech Republic. Jitro — which means “daybreak” — has performed all over the world and won a host of choral music honors. They perform in the U.S. roughly every four years, but any resemblance between these singers and our political season is strictly coincidental. The Indianapolis Children’s Choir and St. Paul’s Episcopal Church will present Jitro — with a special appearance by Cantantes Angeli of the Indianapolis Children’s Choir — Nov. 2 at 7 p.m. St. Paul’s is at 6050 N. Meridian St. Tickets are $15, $10 for seniors/students. Advance tickets are available at www.icchoir.org or call 317-940-9640.
