This is an installation that revolves around John April’s writing sessions. This text is displayed on a large screen in the AV frame workshop. Screen capture software shows the Word program text being edited and expanded during an actual morning writing session. April’s voice, recorded as he recites his work, is sporadically heard in the gallery. Along the walls in the gallery itself are mirrors. Lines of text in large painted black letters run along the white walls and mirrors. But the installation itself fails to adequately reflect the fruits of April’s writing practice.
