If the property tax debacle wasn’t bad enough, it now appears that this civic calamity has provided Advance America’s Eric Miller with a handy platform. Miller is advocating a constitutional amendment to end the property tax. Of course, this tax mess might have been averted if legislators had paid attention to it for the past two years instead of Miller’s efforts to ban gay marriage.
