• The Walkmen have announced they are leaving their current label, Record Collection.

• John Stewart of the Kingston Trio passed away over the weekend.

• The Tokyo Police Club announced tour dates, including a March 19 stop at Birdy’s.

• Speculation has begun on whether or not the Grammys will be able to take place as usual during the writer’s strike.

• Radiohead played a secret gig in London to 1,500 fans.

• Lily Allen suffered a miscarriage.
