• AC/DC has begun work on a new studio record.

• Rapper Remy Ma was charged with murder in New York.

• Rumors are circulating that Apple will release a special Beatles iPod later this year with all of the Beatles studio albums already stored on the player.

• Police are investigating rapper T.I. for an alleged assault that took place at an ESPY Award pre-party concert. T.I. reportedly assaulted the individual with his microphone and left the man bloodied.

• Diddy has posted a job opening on his MySpace account. He is looking for a new personal assistant. To apply, you need to make a video and post it on YouTube.

• Bjork has announced some new North American tour dates.

• Magnolia Electric Company is compiling a box set of unreleased material that will hit the streets Aug. 7.

• Mid-way though 2007, the biggest grossing tour of the year belongs to Rod Stewart. His tour grossed $48.1 million. Justin Timberlake came in second with $42.3 million.
