• CMT has announced a new show, Can You Duet?, to find America’s next great singing duo.

• Janet Jackson has confirmed her new record will be released before March 2008.

• Britney Spears took the top spot on the record sales chart, moving 125,000 copies.

• Led Zeppelin has postponed their reunion gig in the U.K. until Dec. 10 due to Jimmy Page’s fractured finger.

• Jewel has set up camp in Nashville with John Rich of Big & Rich to work on a country album, the exact same thing Jessica Simpson is doing.

• Don Imus will be back on the air Dec. 3 on WABC.

• The Verve played their first live show in almost a decade over the weekend.

• Oasis has entered the studio to begin work on their seventh record.
