• Indy’s newest online music magazine, Stereo Subversion, has launched MP3 blogs for “meaningful music fans,” which feature singer-songwriter Matthew Ryan, electronic pop musicians Paper Route and hip-hop artist Josh Garrels. For more information, visit www.stereosubversion.com.

• Live from Bloomington is accepting submissions for the 2008 LFB compilation CD, a project that is in its 23rd consecutive year and benefits the Hoosier Hills food bank. Pick up an application form at Tracks, Landlocked or the Union Board office at Indiana University in Bloomington. Submissions are due by November 13.
