I hate gum

Regarding the article “Time to Outlaw Gum” by Steve Hammer (March 5-12), I just want to say it’s about TIME SOMEONE WROTE AN ARTICLE LIKE THIS!!!!!

My mother has taught me from age 1: CHEW WITH YOUR MOUTH CLOSED.

I work in a small cell phone store that happens to have a 25 cent gum machine. WORST BUSINESS CHOICE EVER! Here I sit activating phones while these little twerps smack and pop their gum. It’s like Chinese water torture to me. I want to rip my ears off!  

I hate gum!!
