Is it art? Is it sport? Or a bit of both? Fans of competitive drum corps events don’t really care — they are shaken AND stirred by these performers, who will assemble in Indianapolis Aug. 6 on their way to the competition in Bloomington. The Indianapolis leg of the tour consists of Individual and Ensemble competitions, where individuals and small musical, percussion and visual ensembles from any of the competing corps have an opportunity to showcase their skills. This event is free of charge and begins at the
