Dance Kaleidoscope in pictures

This month’s IDADA First Friday Art Tour is hit-and-miss, given that it falls on July 4. But there will still be plenty of galleries open from 6-9 p.m. for your art perusing pleasure before the fireworks show that night. Check www.idada.org for a brochure of galleries that will be open, when and what they will be showing.

One gallery hosting an opening is AV Framing Gallery. Over the years, Dance Kaleidoscope has worked with some of the city’s most talented photographers to create a gallery of images. See What Moves You is a group photography show featuring work by this group of image-makers. All proceeds from sales go to benefit DK. Among the photographers whose work will be on view are John Crowe, Joslyn Virgin Crowe, Michael Drury, Michael Wilson and Roberta Wong.
