The film ‘A Concert of Wills: Making the Getty Center’ by Robert Eisenhardt will screen Thursday as part of the IMA’s ‘Building Worlds: Film + Architecture’ series.

Two of the city’s top visual arts institutions, the Indianapolis Museum of Art and Herron Gallery, are currently presenting film series. This gives film lovers a chance to see a couple of great selections of excellent and often hard-to-find titles.

As it happens, both of these series deal with visionary versions of existence. “Building Worlds: Film + Architecture” on Thursday evenings at the IMA deals with the worlds we inhabit. Whereas Herron’s every other Friday evening Sci-Fi Series deals with worlds yet to come. Both of these series are free and open to the public.
