The Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra will opens its 75th season celebration with its “Opening Night Gala” concert Sept. 12. Holding the podium will be ISO music director Mario Venzago, and the special guest is 18-year-old violin sensation Stefan Jackiw, who will make his Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra debut in this performance. The program will feature orchestral works inspired by dances, plus showpieces written by legendary violinist Fritz Kreisler.

A pre-concert reception will be held at 5 p.m. outdoors on Monument Circle. Wine and appetizers will be provided. After the concert, a full-service, multi-course dinner will be served under the tent.

Tickets are $38-$58 for the concert only. Concert and pre-event reception tickets are $53-$73. Package tickets, which include priority seating, valet parking, concert, reception and dinner, are $200-$400. For reservations and information, call 639-4300.
