Annual Fiction Writing Workshop
Dan Barden will offer his fiction workshop again this year.Butler University’s creative writing professor Dan Barden will present the seventh annual Fiction Writing Workshop Feb. 21-May 16.
In past years, freelance writers, attorneys, doctors, retirees, homemakers and even some high school students have taken the class.
Barden says his overall goal is to pull together a group of writers who are enthusiastic and committed, although not necessarily accomplished, and have them encourage each other to write better.
This popular workshop runs for 12 weeks, Wednesdays from 7:15-9:45 p.m. in Jordan Hall Room 303. Enrollment costs $200 and is limited to 15 people.
