West Coast Taco’s glossy black truck was the first rolling kitchen in Indianapolis more than a year and a half ago, and it keeps dishing up its light yet spicy fare to hungry customers throughout the city. This is unabashed street food, so the portions, while modest, are packed with flavor and designed to be enjoyed on foot. The contents of their tacos stay wrapped and won’t spill out all over your shirt or slacks as you enjoy a light but satisfying midday meal. West Coast Taco’s trucks change locations daily, but the menu always remains the same.
