VisualFringe 2009, the visual art component of the Indianapolis Theatre Fringe Festival, opens Aug. 7. Check out the art and vote for your favorite. The nonjuried exhibits are made up of work by an eclectic mix of established and undiscovered artists, many of which may have never previously exhibited in a public setting.
