U of I cultural venues, in addition to the almost daily programs in Christel DeHaan Fine Arts Center, include Schwitzer Student Center, and Ransburg Auditorium and Studio Theatre in Esch Hall. The Kellogg Writers Series are free and open to the public, as are many music programs by students and faculty. U of I Theatre Department productions require tickets.
