Tim Burton Interview at the DuPont Food Pavilion

Follow a serpentine road through the heart of a maple forest to Medora and you’ll find yourself at Tim and Angie Burton’s Maplewood Farm, site of the annual National Maple Syrup Festival, held on the first and second weekends in March. In addition to the festival, the Burtons produce a line of gourmet maple syrups, including varieties with flavors infused by rum and bourbon.
