Indiana’s voter identification act will get a thorough vetting at the U.S. Supreme Court this week. The new law requires voters to present a government issued photo ID in order to cast their ballots at the polls. Critics say it will disenfranchise millions of minority and low-income voters. Supporters say it will prevent voter fraud.
