Spirit & Place Festival 2012 The Garfield Park Arts Center is part of TWO amazing Spirit & Place Festival events in 2012! “The Great Pumpkin Fling Thing”, A Spirit & Place Festival Event Brilliantly colored orbs will soar across the sky only to land at the farthest reaches of a field via catapults and trebuchets! Sponsored by Ivy Tech Community College of Central Indiana. Children of all ages will create their own miniature catapults inside. You can also paint pumpkins for “The Great Pumpkin Fling Thing” toss. Sunday 11:00am – 2:00 pm
