The protest was peaceful.

Though services were canceled, protestors maintained an active presence around the parking lot.

Due to the protest, the entire church service was moved to another location, and the parking lot remained empty throughout.

Fringe protestor David Stevens, was asked to leave the official protest because he did not adhere to the organizers' wishes for a peaceful environment. Stevens refers to himself as the State Representative for "Get Equal Indiana."
