Three and a half stars (NR)
Engaging comedy series following a Canadian theater troupe rife with drama queens through the productions of several of Shakespeare’s plays. Geoffrey Tennant (Paul Gross from Due South), artistic director of the New Burbage Theatre Festival, is haunted by the ghost of his recently deceased predecessor — literally. The finicky former director (Stephen Ouimette) follows him around, offering counsel and critiques despite Tennant’s pleas for him to move on and bug off. Mark McKinney of The Kids in the Hall is fun as the insecure general manager. 840 minutes. DVD INFO: Includes interviews, bloopers, deleted and extended scenes, featurettes and more.
