Senate passes HJR 3 (Slideshow)

The Senate voted 32 to 17 to pass HJR3 on Monday without the second sentence, taking it off the ballot for this year, and most likely for good. Members of Freedom Indiana consider that to be a major victory at a time when the majority of Senators are conservative Republicans.
