Round Two of Testimonies (Slideshow)

After Speaker Bosma pulled a bait and switch, the House Elections and Apportionment Committee listened to over 4 hours worth of testimony yesterday before voting 9 to 3 in favor of moving HJR-3 onto the House for another vote.
