Several hundred members of Freedom Indiana were both shocked and elated that the House passed an amendment, removing the second line from HJR-3 on Monday. There are still ways to put the second sentence back in, but for now, an ounce of human decency has prevailed!

Several hundred members of Freedom Indiana were both shocked and elated that the House passed an amendment, removing the second line from HJR-3 on Monday. Still, proponents must "beware of snakes" as the resolution proceeds through the legislative process.
