Slideshow: Colts Visit Four-Legged Fans

The Humane Society of Indianapolis welcomed Colts players Jerrell Freeman and Justin Hickman to visit Tuesday with a pack of four-legged fans.
The athletes use their one day off from practice each week to engage in community service. The players also visited Martin Luther King Community Service this week.
During their visit to IHS, Freeman and Hickman toured the facility, helped train dogs, and loved on their furry fans. The Colts also made a large towel donation inline with Indy Humane's ongoing need for animal linens.
The nonprofit Indy Humane cares for up to 275 dogs and cats at a time. They rely solely on donations and volunteers to support their efforts. Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age and be able to make a monthly commitment of 8 hours. Indy Humane also welcomes volunteers for foster care and donations.
Indy Humane also offers many services for pet owners such as a low-cost vaccine clinic, behavior training, an off-leash dog park, and a pet food pantry.
