Music and Art festival. Free admission. Free parking. For over a decade Rocky Ripple has hosted the unofficial "last hurrah!" of the summer season in the Indianapolis Mid-Town area. Located in a 6-acre park, the festival offers a fun, relaxing day of live music, art-focused shopping, community-prepared food, and playful, creative activities for the whole family. Free and secure Pedal & Park bicycle parking. The best little event west of the Canal Towpath!
