Really big show

After some years of their Really Really Big Show radio and public access TV comedy show in Bloomington, creators Matt Thompson and Andy Lang are taking their show on the road for an evening of local comedic film in Indianapolis. The event takes place from 6-9:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1 at the Hollywood Bar and Filmworks, 247 S. Meridian St. Admission is $5.
We have no idea what this photo of one of the 'Really Really Big Show' guys and Domo-Kun was doing on their Web site, but we have mad love for Domo-Kun here at NUVO, so here you go. Also, it's kinda funny.
The Really Really Big Show appears to have been put together by total lunatics, as a brief glimpse at their online photo gallery will show, so it should be fun. In addition to their own set of 20 or so shorts, including a couple of never-before-seen premieres, Matt and Andy have invited filmmakers from across the state to submit their own comedic shorts. It's a night of "anything goes" from a broad variety of filmmakers, so definitely expect the unexpected! For more information, including a selection of radio and video bits from the guys who describe themselves as the beginners of "the downward spiral of poor taste," check out
