Citizens United Protests the amount of Propaganda in Corporations.

Protestors marked the third anniversary of the Supreme Court's Citizens United decision with a protest Downtown last Friday.

Campaign finance reform activists from Bloomington and Indianapolis called for the Indianapolis-Marion County City County Council to support a resolution calling for a constitutional amendment to overturn the Citizens United decision, which used the First Amendment to justify certain unlimited, independent political expenditures by corporations and unions. Protestors noted that the Bloomington City Council and Monroe County Commissioners have already adopted such a resolution.
