The Dart Society is an organization of journalists dedicated to the ethical and compassionate coverage of trauma, conflict and social justice. Trauma in Three Acts
is an exhibition of photojournalism featuring images by a dozen award-winning international photojournalists dealing with violence and loss, including work from Ground Zero, Hurricane Katrina and El Salvador. The exhibition opens Aug. 27 and is presented by the Language and Culture International Gallery, 158 E. 14th St., in the Propylaeum Club Carriage House, and is free of charge.
