Passage to India – formerly Udupi Café – is the only restaurant of its kind in the city, specializing in authentic Indian vegetarian and vegan cuisine. The expanded menu offers a rich array of dishes from the two great schools of Indian cooking, northern (with its dairy leanings) and southern (known for its robust use of spice), resulting in a dining experience that relies on an uncommonly rich array of flavors, textures and degrees of heat.
