Just some of the flavors offered by Nicey Frozen Treats, a frozen popsicle cart run by the husband-and-wife duo of Jeff and Stacey Patrick. Jeff was inspired to open the stand after tasting his first 'paleta,' a Latin American popsicle known for its unusual flavor combinations and fresh ingredients.
