table to taste their “Belgian Table Ale” described as a “one-off batch because we’ll probably never brew it again.” Too bad—the addition of lavender amazes the taste buds and lingers into the next day. You can stop in the Irvington-based brewery nevertheless for a taste-treat of Apricot Wheat brewed with 66 pounds of fresh apricots and one hops variety—Magnum. It too is low ABV, low IBU.
