My Brightest Diamond performs "I Have Never Loved Somebody"

This is probably the last you'll hear about My Brightest Diamond from me for at least a short while, since her short run of shows here (and Midwest tour) wrapped up last night at the White Rabbit Cabaret. But I couldn't stop without sharing this video of her Garland-esque stunner "I Have Never Loved Somebody," a sweet and sobering tune she wrote for her son, Constantine, as she mentioned on stage. The rest of her show — from perfectly chosen covers of "I'm Feelin' Good" and "Fever" and impeccable new cuts from her latest album This Is My Hand — was just as good.

Below is another version of this song. Notice both Worden and the interviewer wiping away tears as she finishes. It's just that kind of track.
