Adults are invited as Lisa Murphy, nationally renowed childhood education specialist, shares ideas for meaningful and fun activities to extend learning beyond traditional storytime. Attendees will leave with activities from their favorite children's books and stories, as well as hear Lisa's spin on Howard Gardner's classic multiple intelligences theory. Adults are invited as Lisa Murphy, nationally renowed early childhood specialist, presents a high-energy workshop with hands-on art, science and sensory play activity ideas for use in the classroom. Participants will be invited to come on stage and play with the experiences at the end of the demonstration. This program will be held in the Clowes Auditorium at Central Library.
