Chef Jody is a culinary veteran with twenty years of experience to his credit. Chef Bryant has trained under premier chefs in Indianapolis. He has served countless culinary delights for guests and celebrities in upscale hotels and restaurants in Indianapolis.
In 2002, Chef Bryant became a member of the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA) and started Lady as Personal Chef Service. Lady A's was named for his daughter Asiagn and the motto, Let us save you time and eat healthy was geared toward bringing families together for nutritious meals around the dinner table.
In 2005, Chef Bryant added restaurateur to his repertoire and became executive chef and partner in Deanos Vino Restaurant and Wine Bar located in Historic Fountain Square. In 2006, he became the owner/operator of Deanos Restaurant and Wine Bar. Their concept of Good Food, Good Wine & Good Friends was well received. Awards include The IndyChannel.com A List Award™ for Best Wine Bar 2007, 2008, 2009, Where the Locals Eat™ Top 100 in 2009 and the 2008 Winner of Indianapolis Bar Wars by Indy.com.
In 2010, Chef Bryant became the Executive Chef of Left Bank Café located in downtown Indianapolis on the Canal. Chef Bryant is excited to pair his talents with Treasured Memories and reconnect to the personalized catering which has always been close to his heart.
