Kay Grimm's site-specific art

Kay Grimm has built a body of work around what we see on the streets of Indianapolis every day — except, in Grimm’s hands, the everyday becomes the extraordinary. “Knock, Knock Who’s There?” is an installation that uses four picture windows in the old Trash to Treasures store on the southeast corner of 10th and Rural. The Englewood CDC is in the process of rehabbing the building — giving it, among other things, a Green roof — so see this work while you can. Grimm expects it to be up through the end of this week.
