News broke this morning that recently retired stock car driver Jeff Gordon will replace Dale Earnhardt Jr. in the No. 88 car at the Brickyard 400 if Earnhardt is forced to miss the race due to concussion like symptoms.

How do you feel about this announcement? Twitter is having mixed emotions.
